Where you’ll work

Most of us enjoy working from home so we’ll be keeping that option available for team members. You can expect regular online meetings and to meet in person with colleagues and clients every month or so. If remote working is not your thing we have an office at Brentwood, with easy parking and right on transit.

Why work at The Sentis Group?
  • Flat company structure
  • Company culture that values unique interests, collaboration, and new ideas
  • No time sheets (autonomous, flexible time-management)
  • No sales targets (Sentis is referral-based, not sales-driven)
  • Employee Recognition Program
  • Flexible worksite: remote or hybrid
  • Professional development and training
  • A mix of fun team events (about once a month)
  • Paid vacation when employment starts
  • Paid time-off between Christmas and New Year’s, plus 2 “Sentis stats” during the year
  • Group insurance and travel coverage: dental, vision, prescriptions, paramedical, life insurance, ADD,

Money, etc.

The salary will be commensurate with a candidate’s experience and capabilities. We also have a very
