Navigator is a communication tool that adapts to the user.

Overview

When people are faced with an unfamiliar topic or choice they often don’t know where to start or what to ask. Websites put the onus on the user to find and figure out what’s relevant to them.

Navigator bridges the gap by offering to step users through the process in much the same way as a live agent – by presenting relevant options and answers.

Navigator can be used to:

  • Help consumers choose between home heating options
  • Inform customers about a new system or policy change and whether it will affect them
  • Determining whether you qualify for a program
  • Orient students to online learning
