We're looking for someone who can...

Complete a wide range of tasks related to survey execution, data analysis and reporting.
Consistently deliver high-quality work while being highly responsive to the needs of the research team.
Keep the research team up to date on task progress and coordinating internal resources as necessary to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

What you'll do here...

Content Coding: Review verbatim comments and create categories that represent the main themes that are reflected in these comments and then group verbatim comments into the most relevant themes/categories.

Survey Review, Programming and Testing: Review and edit surveys for accuracy, flow, and logic. Program surveys into Sentis’ platforms (we will teach you how) and test other people’s survey programs for accuracy and logic.

Report Development and Checking: Create charts, tables, and other data visualizations for reports as well as check and edit reports prepared by the research team.

Reporting Site Testing and Checking: Work with the research and development teams to ensure reporting sites are accurately developed and maintained.

Things that the successful candidate will also have...

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (and ideally, also in all Microsoft Office products)
Familiarity with CSS, HTML & JavaScript
Excellent problem-solving skills
The ability to work independently to meet deadlines
A keen eye for detail – an obsession with accuracy comes in very handy here
Eagerness to learn new things
The ability to communicate clearly
Not afraid to ask questions
A sense of humour

Where you’ll work

Most of us enjoy working from home so we’ll be keeping that option available for team members. If remote working is not your thing, we have an office at Brentwood, with easy parking and right on transit.

Must reside in BC with preference given to those living in the Lower Mainland.

Expected Salary

We expect the successful candidate to start between $50,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
