Sentis is hiring for its software development team. Our team develops custom, online reporting sites that combine the best in data visualization and design architecture. Our work helps end-users clearly see the results that impact their businesses – and empowers them to use the results to make better decisions.

We're looking for someone who...

Has a bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar certifications (B-SENG, CS Diploma, etc)
Has industry experience in building and maintaining full stack web applications and tooling
Has experience doing DevOps using cloud providers (we use AWS)

These are your job responsibilities

Full stack development
Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting enhancements to user interface and software architecture
Participate in client meetings during the proposal process through to beta testing and full launch
Determine architectural and other technical solutions and recommend to the project team and end clients
Update project managers with progress milestones and/or delays
Participate in outside-the-box ideation to meet challenges and requests
Alert colleagues to emerging technologies or applications and the opportunities to integrate them into operations and activities

These are the skills you're required to have

Experience with PHP and MySQL
Experience with MVC frameworks (we use Laravel)
Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript (we use Vue)
Experience with Cloud Providers (we use AWS)
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience with GIT
Strong self-management skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Not afraid to ask questions

These are the qualifications

2-5 years of experience with web-based application development, PHP frameworks, and UI design. Experience with AWS.
