Steph’s drive and unique mix of talents have resulted in a number of important innovations in Sentis’ research practice and in the way we present our results. Steph engineered our Customer Payback Model, which uses customer experience survey data to illustrate the amount of business that will be generated for clients due to repeat visitation and referrals. Steph leverages her eye for graphic design and data visualization to continuously enhance the clarity and visual appeal of our reports, presentations and online reporting sites.
