Looking for that rare research consultant who can wrangle your stakeholders, guide you through the qualitative exploration phase, transition seamlessly into a quantitative online survey and then facilitate workshops to align your team, make decisions, and work through change management?

Meet Ayden. A lover of all things coffee, her abundant energy and enthusiasm is matched only by her exceptional organizational and project management skills. She is a careful planner who enjoys pushing outside her comfort zone, and this combination has enabled her to quickly move up the ranks since joining Sentis in 2014. As Account Director, she manages a number of our key accounts and along with Adam, leads our qualitative division.

Ayden is passionate about helping new graduates navigate entering the workforce. She guest lectures at the undergraduate and graduate level at Simon Fraser University and the University of British Columbia, and is generous with her time, offering informational interviews and representing Sentis at career fairs.

Mixed-method research, workshop facilitation and presentations, customer and employee program management, advertising evaluation, corporate reputation tracking, brand positioning.

Credit unions, government, industry regulators and citizen services, member associations, heavy equipment.

Ayden’s love of travel has taken her to 5 continents and 17 countries. When she’s not working or globetrotting, you’ll find her gardening or enjoying a glass of wine by her firepit.

Ayden received her BA in International Development from McGill University and her MA from King’s College London in the UK.
